• Month-to-month $25.00/month per property.

• Unlimited listings $75.00/month (Requires 12 monthly payments) (Price is per apartment complex where applicable)

Yard Signs:

• You will have the option of placing one (1) yard sign per listing. These are great for front yards or windows.

• Yard signs can be picked up anytime, Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM, from our office after you place your ad(s).

• There is a $5 deposit per yard sign, however, if you return your yard sign, we refund your $5.

Photographs:

• We can send a photographer out to take pictures for $5 per photo if you choose.

What is included:

• Rent-This-Rental listings are often advertised via other media outlets in the Kalamazoo Area. One of our largest additional advertising outlets is the Kalamazoo Weekly News & Shopper.



• Photo's are always FREE.
